Proposal for optimal technology to reduce LCC

The Megmilk Snow Brand Co., Ltd. is familiar with the catch phrase "The Future is Inside of Milk."
The Ami Plant, constructed in Ami Town, Inashiki-gun, Ibaraki Prefecture, utilizes our wastewater treatment technology that contributes to the reduction of LCC.

Optimal technology to reduce LCC

In recognition of the environmentally conscious design and LCC reduction that suit our customers' main factories, the client adopted our wastewater treatment technology.
Integrated water treatment technology is applied to construction of facilities such as design of facilities in harmony with the surrounding environment, consideration of traffic lines during operation, stable water treatment quality, and measures against offensive odors especially needed for wastewater treatment.

Aiming for long life & energy conservation

Iron & manganese removal, and activated carbon adsorption are applied in water treatment facilities to realize stable treatment.
We aim to achieve stable performance and long life by using the activated carbon LG series developed in-house for granular activated carbon.
The water supply system to the plant adopts "constant estimation terminal pressure control" that adjusts the pipe friction loss according to the amount of water used and change the discharge pressure of the pump.
The power consumption is even smaller than the constant discharge pressure control using the variable speed of the motor, and we aim to conserve energy by appropriately responding to fluctuations in the amount of water consumed in the factory.

Minimization of excess sludge using "oil eater"

To reduce LCC for wastewater treatment, we applied the oil-eater which is water-based oil decomposition biological treatment.
The system combines the features of each biological treatment, anaerobic treatment which takes into account fluctuations in inflow load that significantly affect the reliability of fat and oil wastewater treatment, high-load aerobic treatment for high-load wastewater, and liquid carrier treatment for low-load wastewater , thereby realizing stable and highly economical treatment.
