The Swing Engineering Corporation (SEC) - a hive off all the EPC and maintenance businesses of the Swing Corporation- was established on November 1, 2018.

As a pioneer in water treatment, the Swing Corporation began delivering the first rapid sand filtration equipment in 1931 for municipal water in Japan.
Since then, as a front runner of total solutions provider for water and environment, we meet any needs of our clients in domestic & international water supply and sewerage, infrastructure, human septic & sludge treatment, leachate treatment, also industrial water supply and wastewater and biomass.
In addition, we have also been executing amusement facilities’ aquarium water supply/wastewater, construction, maintenance, research and development, and public and private partnership/PFI.

We are equipped with advanced skills and technology of EPC, maintenance, and research & development. These enable us to respond promptly and accurately to customer needs in the face of rapidly changing environment for water businesses such as the aging of water treatment facilities, declining population, difficulty in technology succession and so on.
