Shaftless, long life and low-maintenance flocculator
Unlike the conventional flocculator, the Shaftless Flocculator does not transmit the stirring power by the shaft. Durability, workability and maintainability have been greatly improved by making the agitating blades in supple and strong frame structure and only the rollers to slide.
You can choose the frame material from conventional "stainless steel" or newly added "FRP" according to the conditions.
In addition, we have unit types with integrated drive units.
Features
1. Maintenance and repair costs are greatly reduced since there are no underwater bearings and shaft joints and replacement parts are only inexpensive rollers.
2. Roller can be easily replaced in about 1 minute per piece. Also the service life of the roller can be extended by the buoyancy of the float.
3. Since the main body is assembled at the factory and transported as a unit, the installation time at the site are shortened. In case of large size unit, the frame is made in sections and connected in the tank.
4. The frame structure responds to the distortion of the civil engineering structure making the unit hard to break.
