Our system is a low-cost, low-risk and long-life membrane filtration system that works without a membrane filtration pump. Furthermore, the system delivers stable treatment performance even under high turbidity conditions in feed water.

1. High strength and long service life
   Our proposed membranes have a significantly extended service life thanks to its multilayered structure composed of high-strength materials and PVDF.
2. Stable treatment performance under high turbidity in feed water
   Employing submerged membrane module, the system delivers stable treatment performance amid fluctuations of turbidity in feed water. The system is also capable of filtrating feed water even when the turbidity briefly rises to 1,000 NTU.
3. Energy savings
   The system works without high pressure for filtration and thus can be only driven by the energy from the difference in water level, achieving energy savings. This also contributes to reduced costs and lowered environmental impact.
4. Construction cost reductions
   The system is available for upgrading existing facilities as well as new construction. Retrofitting our membrane system to existing structures, such as settling tanks and sand filter’s basin, helps reduce the costs for land acquisition, land preparation and installation/replacement of piping.
