The Swing Engineering Corporation (SEC) - a hive off all the EPC and maintenance businesses of the Swing Corporation- was established on November 1, 2018.

As a pioneer in water treatment, the Swing Corporation began delivering the first rapid sand filtration equipment in 1931 for municipal water in Japan. Since then we contribute to water environment by undertaking domestic and international water supply and sewerage, infrastructure, human septic & sludge treatment, leachate treatment, biomass, industrial water supply and wastewater, amusement facilities including aquarium water supply/wastewater, construction, maintenance, research and development, public and private partnership/PFI, as a front runner of total solutions provider for water and environment and meet any water needs of our clients.

We are equipped with advanced skills and technology of EPC, maintenance, and research & development. These enable us to respond promptly and accurately to customer needs in the face of rapidly changing environment for water businesses such as the aging of water treatment facilities, declining population, difficulty in technology succession and so on.

The Swing Engineering Corporation, in collaboration with the Swing Corporation and Swing AM, presents strength in technology and an experience cultivated over its long history. In addition, our over 900 experienced employees made up of engineering, development, procurement, construction, quality assurance, sales and marketing are our valuable assets contributing to sustainable societies through providing the technology of less LCC utilizing ICT, IoT, energy saving, material recovery, and equipment for easy operation and maintenance.
